    I think he even has an oil slick.....I won't be taking it that far, (Mr Flint!)

    When are you planning to start the electrics? id be willing to help out after May when im done here...

    I was looking to start after Xmas to get it out for next years shows etc.

    Wow, that guys kitt is remarkable, that must have taken him a lifetime!....

    Im guessing these replacement dash units dont come with a wiring lomb conversion.... Yes it will take a very long time to wire it all up! especially if your wiring each switch independantly... Ideally it needs a central controller, a PLC or simular.

    Nope, just a rough bit of glass out of the mold. You gotta figure the rest out for yourself!

    i'm not aiming as high as that guy, but I do want to eventually migrate more functions into the KITT buttons rather than the stock ones.

    It is a very big project, but well worth it. Id love to help out with the wiring, but I just have no time with everything thats on at the moment.. But I could sure give some help with wiring diagrams etc ...

    Cool, I should be able to get plenty of help from the guys that have already been through this process, but maybe you could take a look at the dash electrics when the finally arrive (been waiting since April) in a month or two and give me some ideas?
