Seen Jays thread so think ill start my own :D
Well got my fiesta zetec-s in august. immaculate condition with only 29k miles on the clock
loved it as soon as i drove it. wondering if this is to do with my first car being a fiesta and me just feeling familiar with it.
anyways here she was in the begining
    Image
finally owning a car i was proud of and that was worth a few quid i went on a mission to stock up on cleaning products. I would strongly reccomend megiuars gold class car shampoo and autoglym aqua wax (its amazing!!!)
then after a few issues of fast ford i began planning what i wanted to do to make it better. but the sensible old man in me thought naa keep it standard. this worked for a while but one day i thought 'nope. have to do something'. so i sprayed the grill black. its a real small differnece but IMO its how the car should have been made.
    Image
you will also notice a number plate change. this was courtesy of Hilton casino :D
then not long after i started getting the mod bug again. at first i was thinking of buying a cheap car to fiddle with (was very close to buying Taggarts passat) and then decided the fiesta needed some treats. with a trip across to the uk planned i decided to go for a superchips bluefin and was then going to just add a few extra bits like panel filter, window tints, really wanted cossie wheels and wud have killed for some FRP seats.
but then as it was all looking so good for the fiesta DUN DUN DUN. I couldnt resist a return to my first love so to my fiestas horror, this turned up
    Image
so that was looking like that. the fiesta was looking set for a life in standard form.
but recent time spent on ZSOC forum has changed my mind again.
    So current plans are
Wheels : still cant decide on new ones or painted standards
suspension : want it lowering unless i go for bigger wheels (i hate how manx roads mean i wont be able to proper slam it) also gonna pollybush all round
interior : still wudnt mind some FRP seats. Would love to strip the interior but dont know if im brave enough
Engine : not planning on too much right now. But that will undoubtedly change soon
Exterior : side strips removed and front and rear ciolour coded, tinted windows, maybe smooth tailgate
ICE : DVD and freeview headunit
this is all subject to change but i wont post everytime i change my mind otherwise i would never actually be off the forum.
    so watch this space

I really like the Fiesta Zetec S, my missus has one and I honestly cant think of many better handling Fwd cars.

I'd go so far as to put it on par with the Integra Type R and 106 Gti.

Does the blu fin chip liberate much on the Zetec S?
I'm aiming to be a legend, and I will be!

well was all set for the side strips to come off yesterday, hairdryer in one hand, nsc discount card in the other and so it began. only to reveal loads of scratches underneath :(
so they went straight back on.
and having read Jays comments about lowering that looks like something else that wont be happening.
sooooooooooo back to the drawing board

    Slam it!!!!!

And get some good fitting wheels with good offset, add a bit of stretch to the tyres and your car will be badass!!! 8)

This car could go a bit lower but you get the idea 8)
