OK so following on from a fairly successful testing the water trip in May, Tim @ Envy Valeting and I are planning him a second trip for the end of September.

The format and prices are pretty much the same as last time with one exception. On this occasion Tim will be asking for a deposit to secure your booking, it is generally the norm to provide a deposit for advance booking for these services and for those serious about having their car done then it should not prove to be an issue. I am sure you can understand the reason deposits are being taken.

The deposits will be as follows
Deep clean detail - 1 days work - deposit £50
Paint Correction Detail - 2 days work - deposit £100

Deposits can either be paid to me in cash or can be paid via paypal,
    paypal details to follow

A Guide to Pro Detailing Prices

Car Type - Interior- Exterior- Combined
    Smart, City car - £45 - £80 - £120
    Mini, Fiesta,106 - £50 - £120 - £150
    Golf, Megane, Astra - £55 - £130 - £165
    Audi TT - £60 - £140 - £180
    Skyline, 3 series, Subaru, Evo's - £70 - £160 - £200
    Large saloon, BMW 5 series - £70 - £180 - £225
    Porsche 911,993, Freelander/Rav4 - £70 - £190 - £250
    Ferrari, Q7, X5, Cayenne - £90 - £220 - £300
    Aston Martin - £100 - £280 - £375
    Bentley/Rolls Royce - £150 - £320 - £400

Prices will vary depending on your car and what you want done, the prices above are only a guide
(sorry the forum would not let me format the list in columns)

    Pro Detailing Extras
    Autobahn wheel wax £20

Paint correction would be in addition to the above prices
All paint correction work charged @ £30 per hour

I can assure you, as can the people who had their cars done in May the money spent is well worth it, I thought I cleaned my car well myself until I saw what it was like after Tim spent some time on it

If you are still in doubt, have a look at these threads

Included in this first thread are details of the 11 Hours Tim spent on my car last October

This is the planning thread for the first trip Tim made here in May

Tim is a professional automotive detailer with years of experience and training, he has detailed nearly every type of car imaginable for everything from privee's to concours to everyday runners.

There are quite a few valeters over here on the island but no one does what Tim does or if there is (but I am not aware of them) they certainly do not have Tim's experience or qualifications

Check out the last car Tim did

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask either Tim or myself on this thread or by PM.

Quotes for work can also be obtained via PM

So if you are interested, copy the list and add your own name to the bottom

Hi Emz, seeing as its you I'd do it for £220, normally £250.
Has the wrapped beast gone then or did you offload the dog carrier?!
    Hows the little one?

Will also try and drum up some more business for you Tim but as I said a few days back, unfortunately it's unlikely to be the haul from last time.

I've got my M3 in the garage being polished at the moment. Depending on what kind of a job they do, i may be put a deposit down and have the car done!

Just adding on a workmate to the list, I've PM'd for a firm quote just so I can give her a price.
