Whatever car I get it will have to have 4 doors. Must be a 'Family Car' :D

Still between the Audi RS4 and Evo X at the moment for me.

The X will need work done. Forge it and a good re-map, should give me the performance I would like. Running costs will be similar to my VIII.

The Audi has the Torque that makes it feel fast, plus its sounds great and quality interior etc. Expensive to maintain, goes through brakes and tyres.

Shall test a few cars and take my time to decide.

Lol!!! They are expensive things to run. But I think the warranty is about to expire on the older cars so specialist garages should be able to sort the costs out. Fairly sure for warranty purposes they had to be serviced by middle hurst Motorsport. They picked a mates one up for its service on a low loader and transported it from here to get serviced. I'm fairly sure they covered the cost for transportation too...

it might be an idea to look into running costs of the RS4 might put you off buying one without if summit goes wrong. If the starter motor goes on them you have the take the engine out to change.. that aint going to be cheap

Although in due course I plan to buy an Audi RS4, I have done some research and its true.....they aren't exactly bombproof and they are often notoriously down on power when rolling roaded from the quoted 414 BHP. Repairs can be ridiculously expensive.

I'd be more likely to buy one with a garage warranty. But finding for sale in a garage locally at an attractive price isn't easy at all.
I'm aiming to be a legend, and I will be!

Vote for trying a VXR8, find one with a few mods like suspension and exhaust as minimum and you'll love it. Supercharged cars are under 20k now, 600hp ish and reliable as if the right company has done the work.
