    Fiesta ST
a while back my passenger window wouldnt go down that well, it would make a crackling sound when moving. today I decided to take the panel off (a nightmare) and now Ive seemed to have made it worse. The window has now sort of collapsed and I need to push it up n down with my hands.
Its now got duck tape on it cus when I shut the door the window drops a bit. :-(((

The motor is fine, I just cant seem to get the panel off without making the window worse.

anyone had this problem or any ideas how I could sort it.

    Thanks
