As above. came home to find my prked car had been hit. Fortunately the person who hit left his details which is much appreciated!
Just wanted to get some ideas about the best place to tell the Insurance company to go. Obviously this is all on the other persons insurance.
I have had some repairs done before, to a previous vehicle, and they were done by Panelcraft. Personally I thought that they did a top job, but I wondered whether the experience of others might change my point of view.
Thanks for any replies.
Tony.

If it's an insurance job it will be panel replacement rather than repair Shirley?

If its an insurance job the insurer usually chooses te garage unless you kick up a stink. Azzy paints do all my stuff, can't recommend them enough.

I would also recommend Azzy paints. Just give them a visit and you will soon see just how much attention to detail these guys put in!

Never had great experiences with panelcraft & used them 5 times- would not go back... Try David Anderson (balathane industrial estate) - he is top spec & a perfectionist...
I reject your reality & substitute my own..

Panelcraft, repaired my S2000 once. Did a good job of the repair.
However, they managed to actually remove lacquer from one wing of the car when jet washing it.
They then had the gall to offer me a discounted price to repair it. From memory £400.
I spotted it immediately on picking the car up, and told them, they didn't tell me, which I did not like...
