Right so just before I had someone look at my aprillia because it was for sale it started making a loud knocking noise.

It still knocks with the clutch in and when i rev it and its got the right gear oil.
so Ive ruled out gear box.

checked piston for wear and it seemed ok.

I'd just cleaned the carb and air filter just before it started knocking if it makes any difference?

I'm looking for someone that could diagnose and fix the probelm for me, so if anyone can or if anybody knows off anyone please let me know cos i still need to sell it.
