went to the docs and apparently have blocked sinuses.......but i feel worse today as its gone onto my chest and its dead tight

I smashed my nose/face up when i was younger, my sinuses always get blocked.

when you get a cold i always end up with a sinus infection as well which is very painful

Same here, its gone on my chest now and my throat is sore too

Do feel slightly better than yesterday though because i had a good nights sleep
