    Hi peeps!!

I've been told there's a big scam with people trying to buy your car's off you over the internet especially if advertising on manxnet. Apparently they are hitting there alot. So if anyone tries to buy a car off you over the internet and asks you to pay cheque in to your account then transfer shipping charges via Western Union Money Transfer for them, stay clear!

    :D

Yes it is going on. It's been happening for years this one.

And Manxnet ads do seem particularly well targetted.
If you don't like my comments, don't cause me to write them. How simple is that! :)

    Hi Nikki,

I have one person, quite persistantly trying to scam me on my car too! I had it when I tried to sell the 106 years ago but this time they are much more personal !

Good post letting people know its going on still !

Ebay is what annoys me, waiting 7 days for my auction to finish, then it being won to a guy in afgahnistan!... Supprisingly he did actually pay with paypal- I was 12hours off sending it when I got an email from paypal saying the money was fraud & not to send the item... a close call though..
I reject your reality & substitute my own..

Lucky escape then mate. I hate Paypal, fine obviously if everything goes smoothly. As soon as the poop hits the fan and its a different story.
