I hate you Jim, you always put the wrong ideas in my head :thefinger:

After a few weeks of internet searches I found this
    Image

    OH MAMMA !!!!
    675 turbo :hello1: :love4:
    I NEED IT !!!!

Further investigation revealed a company in Australia offering a turbo kit for my bike
They are called Racecomp and are dealers in Australia for Aerocharger turbo's
They are among the best bolt on turbos on the market with variable vain and self contained oil supply.
They say there is no lag with these babies.
Link that to their custom manifold, carbon plenum chamber and TuneBoy ECU 2bar boost mapping system and I am in paradise, there is no need for piggy back computer as the OEM ECU can now read boost thanks to TuneBoy, it can also autotune and map on the fly. A choice of three trim maps are also in the new mapping system. TuneBoy can also control the amount of boost that’s on tap depending on the gear position.

These pics are of the kit on a 1050 triple engine

Only draw back is the kits do not come cheap, they start around £4k
I guess I better get saving

This guy has turbo'd his Daytona
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=md13XU7y7S0
Dont like the look of the positioning of his set up (prefer the white STR with the front mounted turbo) but all credit to him.
    Bet it's fast as F**K.

This is Bling Bling it has over 200 RWBHP and is 182kg wet. I have more bits to fit like carbon triple clamps and carbon shocker linkages etc.

I still need to fit the RaceComp carbon D16 front guard and brake lines to finish it off.

The turbo is an Aerocharger with its own oil supply and variable vane with no lag, this kit runs 7psi with 1mm overbore and 9:1 compression.
It has the latest TuneBoy three trim mapping via WiFi connection.

Check out Rapid Bikes next issue for the full story....
