Posted: Sun Nov 20, 2011 12:52 pmI don't get why smoking is allowed yet you can get a fine for drinking (soft drink) or eating while driving......as has been said not into all this h&s b0ll0cks but there needs to be one rule for all, I mean on a hot day drinking water while on a long journey is natural to any human!
