Slowed down to go 20 past the school this morning and some ring piece cyclist went belting past overtaking - was probably going over 30.

I know 30 isn't fast as such, and a cyclist is going to do the least amount of harm in a collision out of any 'vehicle' but the speed limits outside schools are there for a reason, and a small kid hit by a person on a pushbike could still quite easily be killed.

Selfish pr1ck. Pretty arrogant too, to be quite blatantly speeding past all the other vehicles that had slowed down specially. I did shout 'W@nker' at him but I don't think he heard it.

Hope you fall off and get gravel stuck in your knee and palm of your hand.

cret, do you not know? cyclists can follow the rules as and when they feel like it with absolutely no recriminations.

Tell me about it. I know it's not all of them obviously, but it does my head in when you're waiting at traffic lights then a cyclist gets alongside you then goes to one side and then across, or just to a PEDESTRIAN crossing and goes straight over to bypass the lights.

omg it pisses me off whe they ride side by side and block the road whilst they are chatting and when it opens out and is safe to pass the hurl abuse at you. Sorry? am i doing something wrong by continuing my journey at a more reasonable pace. Another is when you are in the process of passing them (bearing in mind you have given them plenty of space) they look over their right shoulder to see where you are and slowly head over into the path of your car.
Id just like to say a big sorry to all cyclists; i know you made extra time to cycle to work. But i didnt make extra time and i kinda need to pass you to get to my work on time. So dont wave your hand at me when i pass you. Just because i drive a saxo doesnt mean im speeding. Im just sorry using my car on the road is an inconvenience to you.
