an example of this was my mates dad being fined by police for doing 37 through crosby. the speed limit there is a 30 but he was caught at half past 1 on a tuesday morning. he broke the law so was fined but common sense says any kids out playing at that time are the drug dealers of 2moro so mowing them down now is doing the world a favour surely?
