At about half 2 this afternoon, overtaking coming down richmond hill, over double white lines into an oncoming overtaking lane. Werst bit of driving I've seen a while!!

yeh going DOWN, Just past the turn in to the horses home. Road wasnt overly busy but that does not excuse it.
