    Hey folks
    Having a really bad month with this.
    Bought a head unit pioneer f920bt from some guy off gumtreee/preloved said he sent it tracking says its been delivered and signed for not getting my my money back due to this.
    Has anyone else had this type of problem I am ragin twisted: and :crybaby: . I thought this wass a thing of the past with paypal etc?
    I now have some lovely morel 6.5" dotech componets for the front and tempo for the rear and amp with nothing to run them off.
    So does anyone have a descent double din head unit lying about...

    I'd ask the seller which courier company he used and what the tracking number was. I'd then go online to the courier company website and see if delivery was made to your home address. The seller might have made a mistake on your address details in which case you have an angle to pursue a refund with the seller.

    Could a neighbour have signed for you? It might be worth asking....

    But if the courier company let someone other than the intended customer sign then they should be pursued for a full refund. They should have insurance to cover errors!

    That is exactly what i have done already but the seller is a tw@t and i doubt it was sent and indeed if it exsisted..
    So there is no come back and chalk it down to a bad one. its the first real bad one i have had in the 10 years buying from the interweb.
    I am now hoping to get a descent pioneer one something like a f50bt in a few months.An all singing all dancing one. But I would like something to shove in just now really.
