Just out of interest, if my mechanic can't sort the turbo out is that something you'd consider doing while you're over? If so, what sort of price would it be?

    Thanks

Are you familiar with the c32 amg?

If so how much advance would you be looking to add and would you be able to pull the existing map from the ecu?

    Thanks

    £250

    Around 40bhp / 70-80nm ;) and a lot smoother drive

    Thanks ant

Is there anything id need to change before it was done?
Also is it at all possible to keep the existing map on the car as well?
    Thanks

Its best to do all mods before a remap , I.e if you wanted a exhaust or induction kit then these need doing before the map as its remapped to suit the mods, you don't have to do any mods if you don't want as there are still good gains mentioned as above.

You can have two maps but it starts getting expensive as you need a switching unit

As much as it would take safety and reliably, as the amg the is tuned already there's around a 20bhp gain

Sigh, my missus is going to murder me.. bugger it.

Can you give me a quote for remapping a Jap import Evo 8, and supply + fit of 3 gauges (boost, oil press, oil temp) + a mount for them (either pillar or on top of centre dash, can't do in-dash as I've got an MMCS screen there). As for gauge manufacturer, I think ProSport is what you recommended last time you were gonna pop over? Or is there a better alternative in the "budget but not crap" category?
This is assuming you still have time to get gauges, sorry I've left it so late.

You can put me down as a certainty for the remap, and a "possibly" for the rest depending on the prices. Cheers
