this would cost and absolute fortune! Rent on the island is a fortune, especially for something big enough for a car parts warehouse, works shop and r/r. As far as I know a 4x4 rolling road is 50k, i bet ces prob caryy 200k+ of stock and if your doing performance stuff too you'd need to double that plus compete with internet buying. I know in fast and furious the shop looks cool and ten mint cars pull up with a wedge but on the isle of man??? Sorry to be negative but would hate to see you go bust for half a milllion lol

I would be more than happy to be involved in the rolling road, could also advise you on them as ive used plenty! An excellent tool in the right hands or you can make a right tool of yourself if you don't know what your doing :)
Big out lay as said, and believe me they take some recouping, would love one myself , but I have a very good relationship with 2 local 4wd ones here in the uk and it suits me down to the ground, can more or less use them as when I like.

dont let the negative comments put you off.

just remember it is better for a business to start off small and grow, especially if it is your first time taking the plunge. some ideas might even sound stupid but could work. like i was thinking the other day driving past the police pulling people over for vehicle checks, why is there nobody there selling car lightbulbs?

try and find something that isnt offered on island or is but you think you could do a better job. i told mark to gimme a shout if u want any help or ideas

give me a yell if you need anything, I spent nearly 10 years in the car modification scene across before moving to the island working for WheelMania and running Ultimate Velocity and Phoenix-FX in the midlands. It is something I've always loved and miss it like you wouldn't believe. Any chance of getting back into it then I'd probably sell one of my organs to get there!!

Like I say, if you need any help or advice, give me a call and I'll see what I can do.
