According to 118 118 it's not illegal to follow people while blowing kisses, a past time known commonly as stalking. However they cannot answer adult questions such as "what is the average diameter of the inside of a woman's vagina"

Come on... It's obvious why the petrol has gone up... All the Shell garages have new fancy LED signage...

Which I might add is bloody horrid.

I know they can't backlight with blue or green, but surely there is something better than devils eyes red?

    LOL!

Diesel and Petrol same price? Has been a while since that has been the case. Guess it's the old supply and demand principles. saying that Diesel is a by product of petrol, guess the government car scrappage scheme means people are binning diesels for low capacity petrol motors?

Yes. I agree with since when they became same in price. I have seen petrol is much higher than diesel. That's sad. :(

Safe to say i'm currently saving and my next car will be an LPG purchase.

With cars fitted with LPG kits around the £1000 mark now (the price of installing such a system alone!), its more than tempting, even the old vauxhalls fitted with LPG/petrol fitted from the factory are knocking on the £1,500 mark.

Small engine say 1.6/1.8 with LPG?...... laughing at the cost now, seems like peanuts although it was long ago petrol was the price of what LPG is now!!!, even I remember petrol knocking around the 80p mark and back then people considered it expensive.

Perhaps might even look at diesel, with the range of bio-diesels/make you own veg oil/filtering red diesel its getting more tempting.

Infact quick look at autotrader :

2000 vauxhall astra LPG, 90,000 miles £1350, looks in good nick aswell!

Shells profits have fallen this year to 1.4billion that could be something to do with it.

If you buy white diesel directly from shell not through a petrol station the saving is laughable. For what it cost to buy a green oil tank and nozzle you are saving money in no time at all.
