Went past the accident site about 5.45 on my way home. Serious skid marks, lots of police markings, damage to the hedge/wall, etc... looks a hell of a mess.

    Hope everyone was okay...

    Thoughts to families involved....

    BUT

No doubt others are thinking it and we talked about it in work, we do not need another speed limit on our roads! Driver education yes, just because people crash does not mean we need to slow everyone else down!

I hope all concerned make a full recovery - sounds like it must have been very bad.

You got a good point, but driver 'education' still doesn't improve one's 'driving IQ' unfortunately.

p.s as a sernior observer you should be able to tell us what speed that car lost control at! I'm sure we'd all like to know! lol

I think it's better not to speculate about things like that on here.

We can all make assumptions but none of us really know and it's not really fair on those concerned to be coming up with suspicions about how the car was driven. As long as those concerned are ok the rest is not that important at this moment.
