The Expendables - anyone else watched it?

Pure quality action film. Sly did it really well with good old fashioned mayhem and violence.

I had my doubts about Jason Statham being in it as I'm not a fan but he was alright. Good to see a little cameo appearance from the Governator, but shame that's all we get these days.

Next film I badly NEED to see is Machete. I've been waiting for this to be made since it wasn't even announced, ie just a trailer on Planet Terror so I'm totally excited about seeing it.

yeah i seen it, not too bad at all, not in my top ten though.

Didnt the 'governator' look reallllllly old lol.

I'm really looking forward to district 10, the follow up to district 9.

Certainly not top 10 material no, but still a really well done action film.

Yeah he looked old, but then Sly looks worse because from the look of it he looks like he's trying to cover up his age with 'mods' and the result is his face looks a bit 'melty'. I'm no oil painting.

Didn't know District 10 was in the making - can't wait to see that then as the first one was superb.

Yeah, district 10 will be on the 3 year time scale that the aliens will be returning. District 9 was probably my fav film of 2009 so fingers crossed D10 will be of the same quality.
