I don't mean to sound really ignorant, but what is Mannifest?
According to 118 118 it's not illegal to follow people while blowing kisses, a past time known commonly as stalking. However they cannot answer adult questions such as "what is the average diameter of the inside of a woman's vagina"

i got told it was cancelled already due to insurance pulling out

another fantastic no show for the islands entertainment scene was gonna buy tickets as a surprise for the g/f, glad i didnt now!ffs  If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers!!

I would have gone to this but i'm away in amsterdam that weekend. I hope it goes ahead and is successful though as it would be a really good thing for the islands music scene.
