A full on day detailing cars in Ascot recently! We like to work hard, but the change in daylight hours is causing the usual fun and games!

1st up for the day was an R26R

This Renault R26R I have detailed a few time in the past, was just back from a days excercise at Castle Combe and needed a once over before she went back to bed.

Wheels were cleaned with Purple Rain and Envy brushes, then the car was foamed with Autobrite's Pear drops SSF and HD lance.

Rinsed, and washed by TBM, dried then de-tarred/de-rubbered (gotta love track day cars!) then ready for some gloss and protection...

    Bring on the Project 32

Spray on, wipe off. Glass/tyres etc done and job done.
    Enjoy the afters....

Second up for a full protection detail inside and out was this little Caterham beauty. She was washed, clayed, cleansed and waxed up. Interior hoovered, Dr Leather did his thing, tyres dressed etc. The full works.

Last but not least, the RS6 I did in the summer. Pics are a bit rushed as the light was going. Washed, dried, wax top up and machine polished a part of the bonnet that had been subject to "unauthorised scrubbing" :violent1:

Ha, yeah I made a start on Sunday with cleaning the engine but stoopidly didnt take any pics
This Saturday I'm going to pick up some nice original 5 wheels as its got a real shoddy, peeling set of 6's wheels on it that I dont like at all.
I really should do a progress thread....
