Prices? body work

Hi peops

Before I get any quotes, any advice, rough prices etc. would be appreciated. The things I want doing to my Civic are -

The front bumper resprayed
The back bumber resprayed
The boot spolier removed
The BBS wheels painting black - mint so no need for a refurb. ( I would probably do myself but v nice wheels and can't afford to chance ruining them)

For these body work items any ideas of the best places to go? I've been told Azzy does body work for 100 a panel?? Is this true?

from my experience Azzy usually charges £150 a panel.
