Thanks for the link unders, but unfortunately, I need them in 19" and the largest i could ever find was 18". Shame though cos they are still a damn sight cheaper than what I usually pay for good tyres! lol

Although I always seem to see you buying parts almost as often as me, which is worrying

Where is the picture of you on track fully sideways with lots of smoke?

Rilla, Federal RSR available here if you need them. Not cheap though

Cheers mate  To be honest i don't think i have ever bought bits for this one other than consumables for express, for the e30 though  whole new ball game!

I don't really do the whole crossed up and smoky thing unless i have F**K up a corner tbh, its just too big a risk to the car and the wear on the boot floor and the cost of tyres.

I have however bought another m3 (an old sh*t one) for track duties so that may well get some drift action once its built, hoping to get it over here in the next few weeks and caged up over the winter.

Rilla the RSR's are fe*king ace mate, my braking points were pretty much the same as my mates stripped m3 evo on r888's

Give me a shout if you want to take the car for a run :D

Well, it was time for a bit more ring action so the lemon was pressed into service again.

Slammed a set of pads in, oil change, a bleed and set of new front boots and i was off, the worst prepared i had ever been.

About 10 miles off the iom ferry I noticed a small howl, odd, but it seemed to dissapear every time i actually tried to listen for it. About 700 miles later there was a definite howl  but it would not change pitch on cornering, very odd.... Half way to the ring after chasing Mito destroying smith it was howling like an absolute *C-nt* and was coming on and off with cornering. fe*king ace, that would be a drivers side wheel bearing then

You would think getting a BMW M3 wheel bearing in Germany would be quite simple, even more so getting one right by the ring. Well you may think that but you would be wrong. No one had one. I really could see the chances of lapping slipping away after every "no vee do notz haven zee bmv wheel bearing" answer. Then by freak chance we happened upon some chap who ran a race shop out of the front of his house who said "of course i have a wheel bearing, doesn't everybody?" Bingo! 300 euro's lighter the game was back on.

So would I mate, but I forgot it

Its not such a massive issue as the car isn't caged so your not in danger of bouncing your swede off a scaff pole, but none the less I do agree with you.
