There are 3 much cheaper ways to fix that than going to Shitron garage.

    1. Scrap it, you could make yourself a few quid as well
    2. Tear off a bit of black insulation tape and put it over the light. It will never bother you again.
    or
    3. Take it to GBM Tyres, they have the full diagnostic gear in there and will be a hell of a lot cheaper than the Citroen garage :thumbleft:

Have you checked the heat sensor on your manifold and the sensor below on your block. I had trouble with those. Other than that id go with unders option 2 or 3

happened this afternoon and had sh*t to do so haven't had time to check it and need it spot on again, so is just easier to take it somewhere that can plug in and go...'its this' and fix it, rather than me fiddling!! think i may as well use my student overdraft to good usse and get a supersprint centre section on order in the next few days as well....then i aint buying anything more for it!

well it colst me a million £££ but it was an intermittent fault, a dodgey oxygen sensor and misfire. They erased the memory and told me it would be fine.... so if it happens again soon i aint gunna be happy....

Just buy a fault code reader, should be around £20. Then if you get any fault codes just plug it in and it'll tell you the fault number for you to look up. Then instead of going to garage that you have to pay to find AND fix the fault you can just tell them whats wrong and get them to fix it! (Or if its a simple fix do it yourself :) )

I know on my Prelude we can bridge the service connector pins with a paperclip and turn the ignition on, if there are any stored faults the light on the dash will flash (4WS, ABS/TCS, ECL) and you just gotta count them. Don't know if it works that way it a Saxo though!

*edit* wooah old thread  Didn't look at the dates, I assumed it was recent seeing as it was near the top :)
