Hoping to get out and get some photos of the sloc hillclimb if I can do and I have a couple of locations in mind for getting photos as long as I can get near enough and get the right sort of angles etc.

Anyone know the precise start & finish points (so I know where I can get to/from etc) and since it's on for a whole day whether it is grouped into different categories of cars & if so, what & when?

If it's grouped then I've love to know as there's certain kinds of cars I'd have a lot more interest in than others. For instance I'd love to see muscle cars and exotic/rare sports cars etc.

Would be happy doing snaps of anyone on here if they're in it and I happen to be around at the right time (if I know when & what).

Is there a list of running order/start times or anything like that even?

Be grateful if any of you chaps can clarify!

Think these are the start/end points, so I just need to know if there's a list showing what's in it & when if anyone can help with that at all?

    Cheers dudes!

Last year the Sloc start line was about 600 yards before the 90 right at the lowest point.
I'm planing to go watch tomorrow at the "S" bends just after that.
I'm trying to find out from some friends that are competing in Caterhams, as I would rather not stand about from roads closed till it actually kicks off. As there is all the sighting runs etc first. If I get a time I'll post it up.

Think they have the running order in class types , and they run the vintage stuff separate to every thing else. normally first.

Forecast looks good to should be a great day.

Thanks for the info. Went for a recce tonight as I was doing some photos from Cronk Ny Arrey Laa. Reckon I'd park after the end then go on the side of the cronk behind the wall, on the approach to the finish, assuming it's not packed up there before. Never gone before. Get the cars coming over the rise of the hill that way, which might look good.

I'd fancy being there from class 3B or 3D onwards if I knew what sort of time that was likely to be. If I can get out at all I'll have quite limited time.

Enjoyed watching some of it today, just up by the finish line (and getting sunburnt!)

Got a load of photos but not had a chance to check or edit them yet.
If anyone was in it and wants to see if I have pics of them then post up your details. Didn't get all the cars and even if I did, I can't promise at this stage if the pics are any good or not.

Tree - was that you in an AX?
