Think I might have seen you yesterday evening CupraDave, Heading up Albert Road in Ramsey?
It was a red subaru with black wheels (not many of them!), Had what looked like one passenger in the front seat, Was pretty impressed to see them stick to 30mph as many people who own nice/fast cars don't, They also braked quite early when coming upto a junction too, Which was also nice to see, Often see people deciding to preform a full emergancy stop, To then fly off into the distance!
Wasn't so impressed to see an R plate car, Up your cars arse and no doubt thinking they could race you
Think it was you anyway......

must have been me, am pretty sure there are no other red scoobs with black wheels on the island. it would have been madmanx (John) in the passenger seat
I am generally a very courteous and carefull driver, and do make a habit of obeying speedlimits where they apply, just because I drive a fast car does not mean I have to drive it fast all the time
I get that all the time, cars sitting so close they can see what is on my back seat, and most of the time it is youngsters with R plates although I have had quite a few older fellas in high powered suits and oversized cars try to make me go faster or push me out the way so they can get to where they are going 30 seconds earlier

If only all drivers shared the same sentiments!!
Think the R plate car behind was a Peugeot 106, Was tailgating, Aggressively braking (not much choice when following a car that close) etc.
Just made a refreshing change to see someone in a fast car actually sticking to the speed limit, I quite often see the business men coming out of Charterhouse and the other offices etc and thinking they're above the law doing nearer 45mph up that road.
Their are a couple that drive sensible though, One being a Monaro VXR, The other being a Skyline GTR (who I often see parking up and going to get food from the Chinese! )
Was wondering if that was the GTR Man from here too......

I've noticed that...
most IOM drivers think 30 is the min
Was going along Douglas front the other day and some gadgy flew past in his disco. All for one place when we got to the temp lights at Onchan.
Reel good move if somebody had stopped out from between parked cars.
