I remember a rumour that Tony Pond wanted to do a lap in his 6R4, but they told him no way. I think it is quite conceivable that a sorted 911 GT3 could break 130mph average over the course but it would be highly experimental, and I would expect very dangerous as nobody has been over the road surface...

Being able to stop is the MOST important thing, closely followed by being able to turn. Therefore Book it into a reputable tyre place to get your tracking etc spot on. Replace all bushings and bearings. Best Tyres you can afford followed by.. Best Brakes you can afford followed.. Best suspension you...
